- arcticbull 6y agoI see this like Delta Faucets and Delta Airlines. I've never had any trouble thinking of one when I meant the other, and I suspect the same is true here.
- MagnumPIG 6y agoI assume they did and figured nobody would mistake a chips brand with an FX service. Legally I'm sure it's not a problem.

- mmerlin 6y agoTrademarks have 40+ categories. Look up how many trademarks with the word "acme" in them can happily coexist.
