- vaidhy 6y agoIt would stand out in getting to the interview stage. If there are multiple applicants for the same position and if I had to decide who to bring in, then the profile makes a difference. Similarly, if I have multiple candidates who all cleared the interview at almost the same time and my open positions are limited, then I would pick the one with more open contributions. But generally, these situations (all else being equal) are pretty rare.
