The reason that Facebook employees continue to leak like a sieve for Buzzfeed and the rest of the news media- and to spread embarrassing stories like this- is that clearly they don't feel like their work is valued by Zuck (and Kaplan, but he's definitely a Coassack who works for the Czar). The opening anecdote, where Zuckerberg forces the policy team to create a wholly new category for Infowars, is a textbook of case of this sort of thing. So long as the employees don't feel respected, don't feel like they can influence things in any other ways, that Zuck will just Zuck no matter what, these sorts of stories are going to continue to flow. Don't like it? Listen to your employees. You hired them to be experts on this stuff, let them do their thing.
