Interesting take, but within software, isn't using brand new tech that you need to learn (plus has less documentation, ecosystem, community, etc) slower for iteration?
- mikewarot 6y agoThe spiffy new language usually has some feature the developer can use to save time making the prototype. Since long term maintenance isn't an issue, you are free to iterate until it works. Stable platforms that you have experience on are well known, and your estimates of doing X on them are far more likely to be accurate.
