- UncleMeat 6y ago"Keep engineers happy" is not the same thing as "let engineers do whatever the hell they want".
- ghaff 6y agoIt's not. But there are definitely people commenting who, for them, seem to feel that "happy" equals, at least in part, playing with cool new stuff. Which is obviously a valid preference. They just shouldn't be surprised if most companies won't be open to people flitting from thing to thing, getting bored every few months.
