My parents own a vacation home in Fort Myers, FL and went down there from Canada one day to a foreclosure notice. They paid cash for the house, and had just fully furnished it the month before. They JUST caught it before the inside was gutted out and the locks changed, but it could have been a very similar situation. I can't believe that this happens so often, such stupid & critical mistakes by the Bank. How hard is it to get the number of the house right?
