How legal is this website?

Not much. I skim the first few pages, and buy elsewhere if I can (in some cases, there are legal copies on archive.org) It is the discovery aspect that is interesting to me - ever since the pandemic, I've been missing the "run through a bookshelf at a library" experience, and this is the best I have so far.
