- cobookman 6y agoNot that crazy to have a pipeline from California to Ariz/Nev. With Ariz/Nev supply Cali with their excess solar to the desal plants.
- yoloswagins 6y agoThe current plan is to pay for a plant in Mexico in exchange for them to give up their share of water from the Colorado River Compact.
