Why stay a place that's going to give you a 3% raise, when another company will give you a 15% raise just to steal you?
- kanakadandi 6y agoFair enough. Curious though, people don't get job offer letters straight to inbox without searching/applying/interviewing, so I guess the question is, what is that thing in the current job that leads them to start so.
