Should we criminalise those who spread misinformation about vaccines?
- LinuxBender 6y agoBut should we consider criminalising people who deliberately spread false information I am not a lawyer, but AFAIK this is already answered in law. If you can proof malicious intent or intent to cause harm, then you may have a criminal case. If the actions resulted in harm, then you may have a civil case.
