Nothing in employment law mandates an inflexible work schedule. You can have perfect flexibility while being an employee.

- saddlerustle 6y agoNo, lots of jurisdictions have predictive scheduling laws for employees.
- pessimizer 6y agoPredictive scheduling is an obligation of the employer, not the employee.
