Why is this down voted? Things are incredibly unstable. Further, while "increasing debt can be the sign of positive developments" it can also simply reflect a panic dropping rates to zero to try to bail out the boat. The big question is the utility of that debt. Is it being used to expand wealth or is it being consumed -- especially in buy-backs to artificially inflate stock prices? This isn't rocket science. This isn't a good thing.
