  It is highly variable depending on the individual and how they performed over the last 6 months. It is mostly a conversation along the lines of "So, what do you think so far?" and then we go from there. Obviously, those who exceed our expectations during the probationary period might receive more tempting FTE offers. Others might get additional contract extensions depending on what both parties are looking for.
