There no one size fits all. I don't think fleet of self-driving taxis would do much for these the people so I don't really see how this is relevant. Yes, people need cars for various reasons such as a disability, kids, etc. However, the problems those people face are not the problems Waymo claims to be solving. Waymo is claiming to solve general transit related issues, which again, is a solved problem
