- fodmap 6y agoWhat I find fascinating is that 'Zostera' is 'a perennial plant with exponential growth and a stout nutritional profile, including a payload of fiber and omega-3 fat, and gluten-free'. The current Chef's plan is not to harvest it from the sea but cultivate it on land.
