There is a big issue with UX with Oracle products, I have been telling it for ages, no changes. Even Thomas Kurian said “I want to make sure that the entire HCM dev organization understands what a disgrace your UI [user interface] is and stop living in denial on that.”
- nnurmanov 6y agoI guess they need some tectonic shift to really to start listening to the customers. Another example, I get long list of options in a LOV and guess what, it is not sorted! I have to go through each value until I find the needed one.
- NearAP 6y agoThat UI looks like a very old version of the software (kind of like when you still had stuff like Oracle Forms or whatever it was called). Oracle UIs (since they launched Fusion) look different (I think they are now all web-based)
- nnurmanov 6y agoThe above comment was about Fusion HCM, not old Forms based UI.
