3 people were required to okay the transaction and none of them saw anything wrong with it. This is not just bad UI but bad user trainings as well. Mistakes happen and in systems as complex as these with very few visual cues this was an accident waiting to happen and when it did, it was an expensive one.
I was moaning when i had to use SAP for a little while
- airstrike 6y agoIdeally, nobody should ever be trained to memorize convoluted incantations to make software behave as expected. This is 100% bad design.
