If 1 bitcoin was worth 10000 USD last year and it's worth 52000 this year, where is all the extra USD from? Do we all buy some bitcoin, wait for it to grow 5x in value, and then we all sell for 5x profit? Where is that profit coming from? Or do we all buy some bitcoin and never sell it?
