Every single person in group homes and foster system had same sort of tale.
- pksebben 6y agoDoes that mean the substances are to blame? IMHO, people who would create a responsibility for themselves (child) and then ignore that responsibility have problems above and beyond how they recreate. Their indulgence is a symptom, not a cause.
