When First Doses First was being debated, many insisted that there was “no evidence” a single dose would work. Well, this paper is a post-hoc analysis of data already submitted to the FDA. In other words, the evidence was there for anyone who cared to dig. Some of the firmest FDF opposition came from the public health types, further adding to their field’s horrendous record during the pandemic. I hope in the coming years we strongly reconsider its existence. I’m coming to doubt it contains any legitimate expertise at all.
