- jqpabc123 6y agoI'm no fan of Google and Facebook. But I'm also no fan of this government attempt at extortion. Basically, this law singles out these two companies and requires them to enter into a binding contract at a rate set by others. This was a mafia style deal that government thought they couldn't refuse --- but I guess they were wrong.
