Just launching v1 of my free eBook - The Beginner's Guide to React Testing here on HN.
It seeks to answer the following questions newcomers to React often have:
- How do I get started testing?
- What are all the React testing tools and how do I use them?
- Which testing framework should I use (Enzyme or React Testing Library)?
- What are the different types of tests we use in React?
- How do I make testing a habit?
- What's a good level of test coverage?
- Should I be doing test-driven development (TDD)?
I hope you like it, and feel free to contact me on Twitter or reply here if you have any questions.
- asicsp 6y agoCongrats on the launch. Good luck with the book :) I'm not your audience, but I had some questions/suggestions: * Is the cover supposed to be 3.5 times repeat of a narrow image? I'm on wide desktop screen. * What's the book format, pdf/epub/etc? * I'd suggest to put "Testing ReactJS" info at the end of book description, instead of mentioning it in author description.
