In reality, Texas has one of the most effective vaccination rollouts being tied for the tenth-highest percentage of available doses administered. A friend of mine who's employed at Moderna commented that Texas's non-micro-managed approach to vaccinations has proven quite effective. I do wish that Texas's power grid were more resilient, but that is an entirely unrelated topic.
