Echoing many others here, this is a perfect example of an incredibly toxic manager. Notice how all things lead back to them and their success, trying to guilt you into not working harder for them. And if you don’t? You get fired right away. Also, this post completely destroyed my desire to use Waze, and makes me question if they are really good stewards of our location data given how much time was spent complaining about policies.
