- pb7 6y agoIntelligent, skilled, and well-educated people don't want to spend their lives being treated like garbage so they seek out employment that provides an environment for a healthy balanced life. As a result of attracting this talent, these companies become and continue to be successful. It's not that hard to understand.
- Nimitz14 6y agoYou're clearly not very intelligent if you can't conceive of people having a different attitude towards life than yours. Basically every big shot entrepreneur ever had opportunity to work at their equivalent of Google, and yet they didn't.
- pb7 6y agoEntrepreneurs set their own hours based on their desired lifestyle, are their own bosses, and have the majority stake in their work. They are not at the mercy of anyone but themselves. I would say that falls under "employment that provides an environment for a healthy balanced life".
