I have been in a similar situation in the company I have been working for quite some time now. Instead of sweating on it, I spend my time training new recruits, adding value to other people's work as much as I can, reviewing and trying to resolve bottlenecks I see. In the end, I am adding more value than I used to add by working on the tasks myself.
