These are the same profiteering bastards that give proper capitalism a bad name. They're not a Tesco, Walmart or any other part of supply chain management that adds value to anyone. They hijack the supply chain. A typical middleman distributor or outlet provides a benefit to transactions. Distributors will buy in bulk, thus requiring less logistic concerns for a manufacturer so the manufacturer can focus on production. They then handle how to get it to the most/proper outlets. An outlet handles customer relations and individual sales. Anyone who has ever done that knows how much it sucks to deal with the public. Plus, they're "friendly", easy one stop shops for multi goods a consumer can pick up at one time. Again, scalpers add no extra value that wasn't already in the chain.
Hijacking from an outlet to reoutlet and price gouge by artificially creating scarcity is a Class-A dick maneuver that adds nothing to the supply chain but naked profiteering. They're not capitalists, they belong in the same place in hell as people who kick puppies. Let that marinate.
