I migrated from LastPass to KeePass + Syncthing when they got bought out by LogMeIn. Sounds complicated but only the initial setup is a little awkward, then it's smooth sailing from that point on, and no centralized server to ever worry about or your platform of choice going rogue. Keeping your devices secure is still on you, but that's true of any password manager. It was absolutely the best choice to make and I encourage anyone to do so and never have to worry about your service going down or suddenly asking a "nominal" fee to the keys of your kingdom. Of course, should the need ever arise, it's not that hard to migrate to something like Bitwarden.
