Unfortunately I live in an apartment, but using baking steel increased the quality of pizza significantly!
- nevode 6y agoBaking steel is amazing. For normal electric home ovens, roman-style pizza cooks really well (usually has high water content and the dough matures in the fridge for 1-3 days).
