If you have a static website with a lot of data behind it, eg. a map visualizing some larger dataset, then OLAP database will be actually a very good backing storage.
- setr 6y agoThat seems like an oddly specific thing to assume when suggesting it for use by static websites generally — afaict most static sites would see no distinct benefit from columnar storage. That said, SQLite for OLAP is very neat.
