Interesting, the reseachers were from Chungbuk Univ. too. I guess with everything, moderation is also key. Colonoscopies are pretty common in Korea so in general, you’ll catch more adenomas early on if you’re Korean. The docs in the US hardly send people to do colonoscopies and will give you a CT at best. So less colon cancer could be due to early intervention and snipping of adenomas.
