- vram22 6y agoYes, that is why when Delphi 1 (or 2?) was announced, it was billed as the VB killer. That never happened, I guess, though it did become somewhat successful. I used both VB and Delphi some, in work and personal projects. Preferred Delphi by far.
- nirav72 6y agoOh I definately agree, Delphi was a better dev tool compared to VB at the time. No runtime needed to be shipped, standalone fully compiled executable alone was the killer feature.
