- dang 6y agoOh for sure, and the purpose of those links is not to imply that it's too often. Reposts are fine on HN if a story hasn't had a big discussion after a year or so (https://news.ycombinator.com/newsfaq.html https://news.ycombinator.com/newsfaq.html). - yummypaint 6y agoYeah aparently we have to constantly relearn that software hotfixes are not an acceptible substitute for hardware interlocks and good overal design practices when lives are at stake.
