I am registered on YouTube since January 2007. Right now in my YouTube playlists I have inaccessible:
- 6 out of 71 videos in favourites,
- 20 out of 209 in playlist of videos I consider interesting;
- 7 out of 56 in playlist I keep to give links to other people;
- 15 out of 112 in playlist of funny videos;
- 27 out of 218 in playlist of WTF videos;
- zero out of 89 in music video playlist;
- 19 out of 121 in political video playlist.
- Groxx 6y agoSimilarly-old account here, and yeah - 10%-ish loss on average fits all my longer-standing / high-value playlists as well. Especially when it comes to educational or conference content, those accounts seem to close with higher frequency.
- pietrovismara 6y agoThe worst part is that you can't even see the name of removed videos.
- BlueGh0st 6y agoJust to pile on the anecdotal evidence with a similarly old account-- most of my playlists are littered with gray boxes of unavailability as well.
