Sometimes I catch myself pondering if location-based pay makes any sense, and every single time I end whatever train of thought I'm having with "but they're not gonna pay me more if I decide to move to LA".
- jiveturkey 6y agowhy do you think that in your theoretical world? higher pay actually happens in practice.
- Kaze404 6y agoIn all of my career I was never respected enough to get an SSD installed in my work machine after insisting that not having one hurt my productivity immensely. A pay increase after a personal decision to move to a bigger city sounds almost like parody to me.
