- ghaff 6y agoJust remember that negotiation has two sides. You're perfectly welcome to go into a negotiation stating that Google pays $X for the equivalent position in Mountain View. And the company you're negotiating with is perfectly able to come back and say they're not Goggle and they're not in Mountain View. Nothing says that two parties need to be able to come to an agreement.
