That is not the same topic. That APJL paper is on
space plasmas, while the argument presented here has far more to do with magnetic fields. Her last paper on the same topic was in fact retracted a year ago (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32132618/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32132618/) but still appears on her 'key papers' list for some reason.
