"For many organizations [upended priorities] included responding to the social justice movements... "2. More companies will adopt stances on current societal and political debates.... Gartner research shows that 74% of employees expect their employer to become more actively involved in the cultural debates of the day." Ugh! I don't share woke beliefs, and no others seem to qualify to be worthy of non-derisive attention. I hardly want employers to promote these beliefs. (Worse is that they may feel fake in doing it. If there were an organizations authentic beliefs, that might be slightly different.) Interesting times.
