Making glasses that hide your face from cameras
- aaaxyz 6y agoIn case others are struggling to watch this through reddit's video player, the person connected IR LEDs to a battery and taped them to sunglasses.
- rtkwe 6y agoWonder if these work when the camera isn't in IR mode.
- Aeronwen 6y agoUsually, the camera simply has no IR filter so it picks up IR all the time. You can test your own cameras out by pointing a TV remote at them and pressing a button. The blinking should show up in the video.
- Ccecil 6y agoHeh...I was thinking of doing this same thing with a hoodie. Another thing would be to mask license plates from automated readers....but that may just attract more attention to you.
