Node.js incurs a fixed initialization time of 0.09s on my machine, which in a real-world scenario has already occurred, and isn't a factor in runtime performance. That makes Rust only 5 times faster.
If the author had provided the input data, I would optimize the JavaScript further so that Rust and JS would be more even.
