Receiving a multi-billion valuation means you don't need support - the users and the money just comes to you regardless.
- mjgs 6y agoI wish there was a website that lists which big tech companies have support departments that are known to exist AND are contactable via email. You might even be able to offer a service that notifies people when a support department disappears. Such a site could help avoid a lot of heart ache. Finding out that a site you rely on has had its support department gutted, right when you really need a support department, is the worste.
