Just came off a linux bender of 8 months, Had everything running in Ubuntu, but now I am back on windows, it is definitely saving me time setting things up. Everything just works without fiddling. Tried popOS couple of weeks. Same story.
- simonblack 6y agoI know how you feel. Whenever I get a new computer, I play for a while with the Windows it came with. But after a few hours or days, I thankfully shrink the Windows down to about a 30 gig partition (if not blow it away altogether), and install Linux. It's like putting an old, comfy coat back on after trying on a new coat. We don't need OS wars, just like we don't need browser wars.
