Will? Have you seen how fast China has built out it's train system? How's Amtrak doing? China already has beaten the US in infrastructure. The USA is left with a 1950's failing infrastructure with no upgrades or expansions being done. In fact, more and more cities/states are tearing down highways. Eat our lunch? They already had dinner and dessert. Public urban transit in tier 1&2 cities is world class. 1) Biden knows nothing. Why should anyone care what he says? Did Biden invent the wheel like Gore invented the Internet? 2) Authoritarian countries by definition cannot do well. How clueless does one have to be to think otherwise? 3) Infrastructure spending is usually government driven and therefore extremely wasteful. It's not a sign of wealth or progress.
