  Maybe, but I wouldn't hold your breath. These sorts of things are like the bible before the printing press. The (metaphorical) clergy don't trust the laymen won't read it and draw incorrect conclusions like "this could happen to demographic groups I'm a part of maybe we need to reduce the scope of federal law enforcement."
