Home row cursor movement is one of my favorite things about vim. Same with w, e, b, ^, $, and the c or d commands used with them. I think just knowing a small few navigation keys and a small few modification keys, your capabilities are multiplied. That’s why I use the vim plugins for vscode and jetbrains IDEs. Best of both worlds.
