The paper was researched by https://www.dartsch-scientific.com/en/ https://www.dartsch-scientific.com/en/ which on further investigation only seems to write papers for woo products. and they claim partnership with the university of Salzburg and other reputable organisations. To me it feels that somebody has come up with a business model I would call "sci-washing". I've contacted Uni Salzburg on twitter asking what their relationship is to this company. I'd like to dig this a bit further.
