Function is fine, but Control gets moved to (in my opinion a better place) Caps Lock. The thing is that what you’re asking for isn’t impossible. The keycap support is there. A small tweak to the plate and PCB would do the trick. It’s funny though, Apple doesn’t put Fn on their full size keyboards.
