I am not seeing the same site as you at all, I have a fixed navbar(although it has a silly animation) and right side, and I didn't get any popup.

- comfydragon 6y agoBy resizing my window down to mobile-ish width, the "get your free e-book" thing on the right side covers the whole screen.
