Show HN: Find the Best Leadership Jobs

  Hey HN! I'm excited to share this with all of you and hear your feedback. I was talking to my colleague who was looking to get into a leadership role but was finding it hard to search and apply for quality leadership roles. There is no dedicated place for leadership jobs. I spoke with hiring managers at a few companies and they are also struggling with finding quality leaders. That's when I thought of coming up with a leadership focused job board and build a community around this space. I guess many of you might have come across this situation where you are looking to get into leadership roles. Hope this helps you. Looking forward to your feedback!

  Very cool! Few Qs: 1. Where is this data being sourced from? 2. When can I filter by company size? Being a leader at 10-person company is very different from a 1000-person company. 3. If I were a leader, where and how would I find out about this board?

    Thank you! 1. The data is hand picked manually and a few of them are posted by the companies. 2. Great point. I'll need to work on this filter and add it. Hopefully soon! 3. Will be focusing on content to spread the word out. Leaders out there would come across this mostly on Twitter & LinkedIn Thanks again for your feedback

        Yes the platform was used for MVP and I'm currently working on building a custom board in which I have an option to add new features..
