  Yes. The origin of idea is the easy part. Personally, I procrastinate starting a product/service because I feel that I have to have an amazing idea before I get started. (There's nothing new under the sun.) As this slide reinforces, though, a given person already knows many problems/issues that could be used as a starting point in a product/service endeavor.
